To understand how poor sensation, weakness, overuse of joints, soft tissue damage, immature movement patterns and beliefs about yourself and your activities work together to make you move the way you do.
Identifying why you move in a certain way is the beginning of helping you to change, to use your body as it was designed -unloading areas that are taking unnecessary strain, using muscles designed for the job instead of smaller less efficient ones, reducing fixing techniques to allow full and fluid movement, restoring sensation in your feet and joints to enable effortless balance.
